Next, flour tortillas are markedly softer than corn tortillas. They don't stand up to soaking or frying as well, but they also have a milder flavor. If you want the filling of your taco or burrito to really shine, a flour tortilla is the way to go. Flour tortillas are also quite commonly found in northern Mexico and widely across American-Mexican food joints.
